PHOTO RELEASE — MJM Photography, Michael Maurer, Southwest Florida

Standing permission to display photographs on the MJM Photography website and in its marketing materials.

WHAT I AM PERMITTING

I permit Michael Maurer, trading as MJM Photography (the "Photographer"), to photograph me, and to display any photograph he has taken or may take of me — whenever and wherever taken — including my likeness, for these purposes only:

(1) The MJM Photography website and portfolio.

(2) Social media accounts belonging to the Photographer.

(3) Printed and digital materials promoting the Photographer's own services — samples, cards, flyers, displays.

(4) Photography competitions and exhibitions.

This is a standing permission covering all such photographs. It is not limited to any one session, event, or location, and is not limited by time or territory. I am not entitled to payment, and the Photographer is under no obligation to use the photographs.

WHAT THIS RELEASE DOES NOT ALLOW

The Photographer will not sell, license, or transfer these photographs to any third party for that party's own use or advertising, and will not use them in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or presents me in a knowingly false light. My contact details will not be published or sold. Any use beyond the purposes listed above requires my separate written permission.

TERMS

(1) The Photographer owns the copyright in the photographs. This release grants permission to display my likeness; it does not transfer ownership of the images to me.

(2) I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs, or the wording accompanying them, before they are displayed.

(3) I release the Photographer from claims arising from the uses described above, including claims relating to privacy or reputation.

(4) I may withdraw this standing permission for future use at any time by email to [email protected]. The Photographer will stop new uses within a reasonable period and remove the photographs from his website and social media where practical. Materials already printed or published cannot be recalled.

(5) This release is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is the entire agreement between us about the use of these photographs.
